Philip Taylor
Principal consultant
Philip is a practising management consultant of 25 years standing. His specialities include helping technical experts become more effective consultants and how to run more successful consulting engagements. He has also undertaken projects to develop consulting firms’ management and operating practices.
His early experience in consulting was with Coopers & Lybrand, where he became partner in charge of one of their lines of business.
Philip Taylor became a Principal Consultant with Elevation Learning in 1994 since when he has led numerous workshops for consultants from a wide range of backgrounds, drawing on his personal experience of over 100 projects. He leads our work on project management and also on writing skills.
Philip is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and a Certified Management Consultant.
