In doing so we help BT and its customers gain maximum advantage from communications technology, creating value and competitive advantage by combining our deep knowledge of networks and networked applications with proven skills in innovation, change management and IT operations.
As manager of a team of consultant practitioners within BT Exact's Information & Knowledge Management department, who provide consultancy and a "front door" service in data, information & knowledge management to BT and external businesses, I deemed it essential that our people were trained in presentation skills, both as a way of engaging new clients & winning new work and in enhancing relationships with our existing clients. I chose Elevation Learning, supported by Actors in Industry, to design and deliver this training.
I was very impressed with Elevation Learning at every stage of our engagement. They designed and delivered a series of highly successful events, which resulted in real improvements in the presentation capabilities of all our people.
