The value of training depends crucially on the translation of learning from the classroom to performance back at work. This is particularly challenging in the area of skills development - the focus of Elevation Learning's work.
Over the years we have sponsored a number of research projects into this and now bring them together in an approach we call SmartPractice. The aim of this is to allow organisations to identify what they need to do to improve the transfer of learning among their own trainees.
Elevation Learning is an approved training centre for the Chartered Management Institute and endorsed training provider for the Institute of Consulting.
