Courses portfolio: Master consultant game
Course description
"Master Consultant" is a High Intensity Consultant Training Seminar (HITS) based on a competitive game. It tests and teaches key tools and techniques that consultants can use at each stage of the ConSulT delivery process (Entry, Contracting, Diagnosis, Intervention and Closure.
The game is run in a variety of formats from half a day to a whole day long and between 8 and 100 people can take part, with the help of Elevation Learning facilitators. After an introduction to the ConSulT process, participants are formed into teams who compete on their knowledge of how to tackle tricky consulting situations. There are also practical challenges that test the participants' ingenuity.
Successful consulting teams get their invoices paid and earn goodwill points from their clients. The winner is the team with the most goodwill points at the end of the game!
Master Consultant" is run on an in-house basis. So if you are looking for a more energising way of refreshing and developing the skills of your consulting team, then "Master Consultant" is for you.
