Overview

A series of 7 short duration, high energy interactive consultant training seminars addressing specific skills and techniques, required by consultants and technical professionals in every day consulting life. We run the seminars as stand alone events.

Course description

Consultants need to be able to demonstrate clearly to potential clients what business value they will bring to an organisation, before, during and after a project. These seminars will enhance consultants confidence and performance in these key areas.

HITS focus on three key themes: Personal Impact, Working with People and Overcoming Issues.

Our personal impact seminars focus on how to win business, how to establish credibility and how to become more effective in running your projects.

Engaging with people seminars address the skills and techniques for working with individuals and groups more effectively thus improving performance and confidence overall.

Finally we have created two seminars looking at the specific challenges faced by consultants in two different but common situations. Firstly when in one to one interviews collecting data and secondly when working with culturally diverse groups.
