Course description
This consulting training course focuses on the practical aspects and skills for facilitating workshops and meetings. It addresses the preparation activities that will increase the likelihood of success in your events as well as the skills that will help to increase your confidence and competence in dealing with your role as facilitator.
The course will be a lively mix of input, facilitated discussions and skills practice, and feedback will be given to help support your learning. There will be time for reflection and action-planning to take learning and skills back into the workplace.
