Courses portfolio: Continuing professional development weeks

Continuing professional development (CPD) is a requirement of most professions in order to keep up to date with the latest approaches and bring relevant skills to projects.

Consultants are fortunate in that they work on a variety of projects and come into contact with different issues, teams and processes throughout their working life, which means they naturally respond well to different environments and challenges.

However, experienced consultants additionally need access to high quality formal programmes that are interesting and stimulating where they can learn about new ideas and skills in order to remain on top of their game.

In order to contribute to your CPD, Elevation Learning offers a portfolio of intensive consultancy skills development programmes designed specifically for those already in consulting roles. These programmes are also endorsed by the Institute of Business Consulting - the professional body for management consultants and business advisers, so members can accrue CPD credits through attending our programmes.

We focus on practical consultancy skills that you can apply immediately to your work, take you to the next level or address a particular skills gap. Our CPD courses are run by experienced senior consultants who fully understand the challenges involved. By the end of each of our CPD programmes participants will:
