A two-day course covering the skills of handling clients in the delivery phases of consultancy projects. This course is based on our CONSULT methodology.
This consultancy skills course focuses on how to deliver consultancy projects well. It addresses the challenges consultants face in dealing with and communicating with clients, solving problems and doing this in a commercial project environment. The course follows the five stages of Elevation Learning's CONSULT delivery methodology: Entry, Contracting, Diagnosis, Intervention, and Closure, and provides tools and techniques for use at each stage.
These are practised in small groups in a series of exercises related to a specially developed consultancy case study. Courses are typically around a dozen people, who then break into teams of 4 - 5 for the group work, which provides the opportunity to apply the learning and to share your experience with others.
