Advanced consulting skills*: this intensive three-day course is to equip senior consultants with the skills and knowledge needed to undertake managerial tasks within their practice and deliver the superior consulting performance expected from experienced consultants. Selling on*: this one-day course helps consultants win more business for the benefit of the client you are working with.
Writing skills for consultants: A good report will convince a client to take action where a poor document may fail. Also all readers tend to use the quality of proposals and reports to judge the professionalism of a consultancy team. 7 hours CPD.
Facilitation skills for consultants: all consultants need facilitation skills to work effectively with their clients. This two-day course covers the basics of group dynamics and how to handle them well. 14 hours CPD.
Presentation skills for consultants: this one-day course starts where others leave off, developing the superior presentation skills and confidence that consultants need. 7 hours CPD.
Selling skills for consultants: this two-day course is for consultants for whom selling is a key responsibility. 16 hours CPD.
