The course structure, content and delivery were all excellent.
Really useful skills that can be used in and out of the workplace
They're consultants themselves, not just trainers. They know what they're talking about and aren't just delivering material. They're interested in understanding your real needs and meeting those, even if it's a bit different from what you think you need.
Thanks once again for a really strong program, which exceeded my otherwise high expectations.
We used your techniques and advice learnt on the course to guide us (both in the sales process and throughout the project) and it has been a resounding success!
It is the first course I’ve attended in a long time where the pitch/pace of the course felt right. The course was sufficiently interactive and interesting enough to retain my interest/attention. In fact, it was a surprise when breaks and lunch were announced.
