Managing in a consulting practice
This is a demanding course for senior level consultants who have a managerial role in a practice and responsibility for other consultants, projects, clients, sales or product development. We equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to undertake those managerial tasks within their practice and deliver the superior consulting performance expected from experienced consultants.
Course description
Consultants at this level have a disproportionate impact on the practice performance and this course develops skills in all the major areas that they are likely to encounter:
- self-development and the development of other consultants
- supporting practice management and development
- offering superior diagnostic skills to understand clients and the challenges that confront them
- business development
- client handling
- project delivery
