Anthony Greenfield
Principal Consultant
Anthony has over 20 years' wide-ranging experience of instigating and leading large-scale, complex change programmes delivering tangible business benefits to blue-chip organisations and has worked with hundreds of internal and external consultants to develop their consulting capabilities.
Previously he was with Accenture and Boxwood consulting practices and has worked on projects in the USA, South Africa and the Middle East, as well as across Europe.
Anthony joined Elevation Learning in 2009 and currently leads many of our international skills development programmes for consultants and is a regular speaker at management conferences and business schools.
He has a doctorate in physics from Imperial College, London, and is a Member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). He is also an Ambassador for the Chartered Management Institute.
He is the author of “ The 5 Forces of Change” and ‘5 Tales of Change’, published by Management Books.
