Our Personal Impact seminars focus on how to win business, how to establish credibility and how to become more effective in running your projects.
Engaging with People seminars address the skills and techniques for working with individuals and groups more effectively thus improving performance and confidence overall.
Finally we have created two seminars looking at the specific challenges faced by consultants in two different but common situations. Firstly when in one to one interviews collecting data and secondly when working with culturally diverse groups.
