Core Consultancy Skills Our most popular course, which over 3 days takes participants through all the stages of defining and delivering a consultancy project, as embodied in our CONSULT delivery process.
Participants in this course can also qualify for the IC Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials.
Client Engagement Skills A two-day course covering the skills of handling clients in the delivery phases of consultancy projects. This course is based on our CONSULT methodology.
Skills for Internal Consultants This two-day course focuses on how to deliver consultancy projects well within an organisation. It addresses the challenges consultants face in establishing credibility, dealing with and communicating with clients and stakeholders, gaining commitment to projects, solving problems and doing this in an internal project environment. The course follows the five stages of Elevation Learning's CONSULT delivery methodology: Entry, Contracting, Diagnosis, Intervention, and Closure, and provides tools and techniques for use at each stage.
Selling Skills for consultants This practical, intensive two day course is designed to develop Consultants' Selling Skills. By the end of the course you will have a better understanding of the key tasks involved in selling and how to perform them well. You will learn the consultancy sales process and techniques for handling sales transactions, and there are plenty of opportunities for skills practice in role-playing exercises and for personal coaching in handling sales situations.
