Monica Hernanz
Monica Hernanz is a psychologist and training consultant with 13 years' experience in management development and business consulting.
Her facilitation style is engaging, participative and practical. Before working as an associate for Elevation Learning, Monica was employed by Barclays Bank and KPMG Consulting, where she worked as a senior manager running projects across Europe.
As a former coach at The Mind Gym, Monica also gained substantial experience in delivering energetic bite-sized training sessions. She also designs and facilitates bespoke team activities for conferences and away-days.
