Anthony Greenfield has over 20 years' wide-ranging experience of instigating and leading large-scale, complex change programmes delivering tangible business benefits to blue-chip organisations.
He began his career at Accenture in London and Johannesburg. Highlights include leading the creation and implementing a general merchandise Academy at Spencer, and a major performance improvement programme delivering £100m+ of business benefits for Sainsbury's.
Anthony has trained hundreds of consultants, executives and managers and led teams that were awarded UK National Training Awards in 2003 and 2007. In October 2008, Anthony's book, The 5 Forces of Change, was published. He runs seminars and workshops on change leadership at major conferences and leading business schools as well as for client organisations
