Gill Jeffries
Gill is an energetic and higly motivated manager with over 20 years of hands-on strategic, operational and people management experience. She has worked mainly in the oil and pharmaceutical industries and undertaken assignments across all aspects of business; operations, IT, sales & marketing, finance and people development. She specialises in change management and process improvement in complex contexts; spanning different departments, difficult systems issues and team turnarounds.
Gill led a highly successful organisational review of the UK IT infrastructure department of a global pharmaceutical firm, delivering new organisational structures, improved processes, enhanced customer satisfaction and an increased level of staff motivation.
She is known for being a pragmatic individual who performs well in a competitive and highly pressurised environment and places a strong emphasis on results.
